SHORT TITLE: Authorizing board of public works to correct erroneous assessments.

CODE REFERENCE: §11-6-12a (new)

PROPOSED LAW PRESENTED TO THE COMMITTEE: This bill would create a new section of law authorizing the Board of Public Works to correct clerical errors in tax assessments of public utilities, similar to provisions authorizing county commissions to correct clerical errors in the assessments on county property books.
